Orders
All orders are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Euro (€).
Prices may change without notice.
We are not responsible for typographical pricing errors.
Payment Terms
A minimum 25% deposit is required to secure any bike order.
Full payment must be made before dispatch.
Bikes will not be shipped until payment is received in full.
Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, specifications may change without notice from manufacturers.
Liability
Kilkenny Cycle Clinic shall not be liable for:
Indirect or consequential losses
Delays outside of our control
Misuse of products
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
